Cancellations and refunds
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This website provides information and contact facilities and does not process payments. This page explains how to raise a cancellation, return or refund issue concerning a transaction arranged separately with the business. Entitlement depends on the actual transaction, its agreed terms and applicable law; submitting an enquiry does not create a payment to refund.
1. Website enquiries and separate payments
An enquiry or an email draft created on this site does not debit a card or transfer money. If you paid after speaking with the business or through another provider, identify that transaction and the party that received the payment. A refund request concerns that payment and its governing terms, rather than a charge for browsing this website. Keep receipts and written confirmations that show the arrangement.
The public enquiry page takes no payment and issues no vehicle order, training enrolment or manufacturer service authorisation. Accordingly, preparing its email draft does not create an amount paid to refund or an automatic cancellation request with any seller.
2. Check the terms before committing
Before agreeing to a purchase, reservation or service, ask about any cancellation conditions, return arrangements, deposits and charges that may apply. The relevant conditions should be considered with the product description and transaction documents. The cancellation period and any specific undertaking made to you depend on the agreement and the applicable legal protections. Mandatory rights continue to apply regardless of the wording of a general website notice.
If a conversation develops into a paid arrangement, identify who is supplying the actual service or item and the conditions accepted for that transaction. A motorcycle model selected from the reference grid is not sufficient to establish a sales contract with this publisher.
3. How to explain your request
Use the Contact page to describe whether you want to cancel, return an item, correct a charge or seek a refund. Include a transaction reference, the relevant dates, the item or service and the reason for the request. Explain the outcome you are seeking and retain copies of relevant correspondence. Do not include full card details, banking passwords or security codes in the message; limited information can be requested separately if needed to identify the payment.
For a later cancellation question, explain the agreement concerned and what has already happened rather than relying on the carousel artwork. No universal cooling-off period, cancellation charge or guaranteed refund deadline is asserted by this independent publication.
4. Deposits, reservations and work already performed
A deposit or advance payment must be considered under the conditions agreed for that transaction and the law that applies. Questions about work already performed, costs incurred, a reserved item or a proposed deduction require the actual records. Whether a deposit must be returned depends on those conditions and any mandatory refund rights. If a deduction or refusal is proposed, ask for the basis and supporting explanation so that you can assess it against the agreement and your rights.
Keep the relevant correspondence, accepted description and transaction reference when discussing a real issue. Do not send a full card number or banking access code to identify a payment; the static reference form is not a payment-dispute portal.
5. Faults, incomplete performance and incorrect charges
If an item appears defective, a service differs from what was agreed, or a charge is duplicated or incorrect, describe the discrepancy and any evidence that helps identify it. A remedy might involve correction, repair, replacement, cancellation or repayment, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights. Do not assume that a website notice removes a warranty or statutory remedy. Where an issue presents an immediate safety concern, stop the affected use and seek appropriate assistance.
The website cannot reverse a manufacturer or dealer payment, cancel a reservation held elsewhere or alter another provider’s records. A message to the publisher and a request to the actual contracting party are different steps with potentially different requirements.
6. Returning items and arranging an approved refund
Before sending an item back, establish the correct recipient, return address and any practical instructions relevant to that transaction. Keep evidence of dispatch or handover. Where repayment is agreed or required, confirm the amount, method and expected processing arrangements through the verified contact channel. Banking and payment-provider processing can affect when funds appear. The applicable agreement and law determine any required payment deadline and permitted deductions; ask for an explanation if the amount or processing arrangements are unclear.
No automatic refund calculator or binding settlement proposal is generated from a model interest in the draft. Where money was actually paid, the applicable agreement and mandatory rights must be assessed against that transaction’s facts rather than a generic image.
7. Third-party transactions and unresolved concerns
A manufacturer, finance provider, insurer, marketplace or other seller may have separate responsibilities under its own agreement. Identify the relevant party rather than assuming that every payment mentioned in correspondence was made to this website's operator. Keep your supporting records if a question remains unresolved and explain which point still needs attention. Nothing on this page prevents you from using statutory remedies, a competent consumer authority or a dispute process available for the transaction.
A concern relating to training must identify the separate training arrangement, if one exists. The presence of motorcycle imagery establishes neither a training purchase nor a promise that any course, certificate or riding session has been booked.
8. Reference enquiries and the correct recipient
A question about a photograph or model name is correspondence about this publication. It gives the publisher no authority to approve a manufacturer warranty remedy, change a dealer invoice or administer a training agreement that has not been identified. Establish the responsible contracting party and the exact subject before treating a message as a cancellation instruction. If the concern is a page error rather than a transaction, provide the URL and the statement needing correction so the two matters can be distinguished.
